Returns

Products are made on demand so any return is a direct hit to the business. I want you to be happy with what you buy but if I am hit with too many returns it will make it difficult to run the brand. With that in mind, please do not initiate a return just because you changed your mind. However you are within your rights to do so. 

If there was a quality problem with your order, I can offer a replacement and get that sorted so you are happy with what you ordered. You will need to return the product so that it can be inspected and a case opened with the supplier to solve the issue.

You have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to contact Grave Maker Co for a return. After you have contacted Grave Maker Co, you have 14 days in which to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Returns must be notified and initiated within the above timeframe.

Postage
Original postage is non-refundable and you are responsible for return postage fees.


Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and checked your return. I'll then let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days for the amount of the item(s) minus the postage cost. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since I approved your return and you have not received a refund, contact me at returns [at] gravemaker [dot] co
